Ray Cronk.
13-year-old Ray Cronk wrote a profound letter to his future self, to be opened 10 years after his high school graduation: he had big dreams for when he grew up, and he wanted to own his own business. By the time he opened that letter, he was already well on his way to making his dream come true, having invested nearly a decade learning the temperature-controlled transportation business.
A lifelong Vineland, New Jersey resident, Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, enjoys fishing, and understands the value of a good bourbon. He loves spending time with his wife and two kids, the names of whom created the acronym KRES.
